I’ve a wealth of gluten-free recipes in my recipe-box that I’ve either modified or made up, and some are even pretty darn tasty. Can you imagine? Gluten-free and tasty in the same sentence. Boggles the mind.
I want to throw it out there to readers who might be craving something in particular…any requests? I can’t guarantee I’ll come through, and I know there are a wealth of sites with GF recipes that you can just Google with a flick of the fingers. But you know, I do things like buy Kerrygold butter. That must count for something, right? I even make a mean GF sourdough waffle!
